Ingredients: One tablet 500 mg. comprises at least 1.5 x 10⁸ freeze-dried live bacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 units. 317/402 (Narine). It contains negligible amounts of lactose. It contains magnesium stearate. Recommended use: for adults and children over 12 years, 2 capsules 3 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals children aged 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule three times a day 15-20 minutes before a meal children aged 2 to 6 years: 1 capsule 2 times per day 15-20 minutes before a meal infants from 6 months to 2 years, they take ½ of the capsule 2 times a day 15-20 minutes before feeding Time of intake: for optimal effect it is recommended to take for 5-6 weeks.
